Setting up CruiseControl.rb to do Continuous Integration testing
October 19th, 2007
I’m just setting up Continuous Integration for all of our branches on XLsuite.com. Doing a search for “cruisecontrol.rb” on Google unearthed: Ci For The Web 2.0 Guy Or Gal. I’m running the steps right now on my RimuHosting VPS.
Things are progressing along quite rapidly. I’ll say more when I’m done.

Hey Francois,
We use CruiseControl.rb since day 1 at StandoutJobs. The problem is the amount of memory it requires, we had to buy a single 2GB computer to run our builds.
I also built a Campfire notifier which sends msg to our room when a build is fixed or broken. It was pretty easy to do.
Good luck w/ your installation!
